This webinar provides three distinct perspectives on the federal 340B drug discount program. We will explore the legal perspective including eligibility, compliance, pharmacy contracting and making sense of the complex nature of this important program. Next, we will hear from an experienced pharmacy and discuss important questions to ask when deciding on the right pharmacy partner. Finally, a Ryan White covered entity will provide insights into how the federal 340B drug discount program has helped grow and expand critical services to the most vulnerable patients in SW Pennsylvania.
