As health departments and community-based partners mobilize to develop and implement Ending the Epidemic plans, it is critical to continually highlight the importance of meaningful engagement with community.
To facilitate this, UCHAPS will host a roundtable presentation and discussion session, Ending the Epidemic: Leading with Community, on Monday, September 30 from 12-3 PM. Featuring community members from across UCHAPS jurisdictions, this session will cover lessons learned and best practices for engaging stakeholders within communities and collaborating to develop and implement prevention and care plans. Attendees will have a chance to listen, engage, and learn from community members leading Ending the HIV Epidemic programs both virtually and in-person.
