Mathematical Modeling Q&A Session

Mathematical models utilize public health data to create multiple simulated scenarios to test theories of prevention and treatment. These models can be used to plan, implement and support the comprehensive and integrated HIV surveillance and prevention programs of health departments and community organizations nationwide to prevent new HIV infections, improve health outcomes, and achieve and sustain viral suppression for PLWH.
