Ending the Epidemic Plans

The ending the epidemic (ETE) plans are put in place to improve the health outcomes of all people living with and vulnerable to the virus and strategically seeks to end the epidemic.  These plans differ throughout the country and are very specific to the region and other driving factors. Most ETE objectives include programs that focus on new diagnosis rate, morbidity, viral suppression, and prevention. In UCHAPS jurisdictions where an ETE plan is available, it is below. In jurisdictions where a plan is not yet available, the jurisdictional plan is provided.
