Kevin T. Jones serves as Executive Director of UCHAPS. He oversees and manages the day-to-day operations, and develops and implements strategies to advance the organization’s mission, vision and values. Kevin’s extensive work in HIV encompasses health advocacy, academic and community research, performance measurement and evaluation, and nonprofit executive leadership. Prior to joining UCHAPS, Kevin served in leadership roles at the D.C. Promise Neighborhood Initiative, Metro TeenAIDS and the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine. Kevin is from Detroit, Michigan. He is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan and received master's degrees from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and the University of Pennsylvania.

Ivory Howard Program Manager
Ivory Howard serves as Program Manager at UCHAPS. Ivory's core expertise includes public health and a passion for health promotion and communications. Ivory has a Master’s degree in Public Health from the George Washington University.
Kenya Hutton Program Manager
Kenya Hutton’s core expertise includes HIV/AIDS prevention and a passion for social justice with marginalized populations. Kenya has over 10 years’ experience facilitating behavioral interventions with those heavily impacted by HIV in NYC and Washington, DC. Kenya attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC for Advertising Marketing and Communications and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Public Health at Southern New Hampshire University.
