Arrival information

Flights will be available for online checkin 24 hours before the departure time. The Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) is located11 miles. The flat rate taxicab fare from BWI to the harbor is approximately $30 and should take about 25 minutes to arrive at the hotel. Penn Station is located 2 miles from the host hotel. Host Hotel

The host hotel for the UCHAPS Strategic Planning Meeting is Hotel Indigo located at 24 West Franklin Street. 

To reserve a hotel room, call 410-625-6200, ask for reservations, and reference UCHAPS or group booking code NMA.

You can also book online by visiting Hotel Indigo and following the instructions below to make reservations. 

1.       Visit Hotel Indigo Baltimore website.

2.       Select book online.

3.       Enter booking dates.

4.       Continue through the reservation process, and use a credit card to guarantee.

MEETING SPACE

The meeting will take place at Chase Brexton Community Room located at 1111 North Charles Street.

Transportation

Take the Charm City Circulator to the meeting space for free. From the hotel, walk 449 feet to Hamilton Street (1 min). Head east on W Franklin Street toward N Charles Street. Turn left onto N Charles Street. The bus stop will be on the right. Take the purple line towards Penn Station (5 mins, 3 stops). Heading south on N Charles Street toward E Chase Street, walk 305 feet (1 min) to Chase Brexton. The destination will be on the left.

From the meeting space, head south on N Charles Street toward E Chase Street (3 mins). Turn left onto E Chase Street and then turn right onto St Paul Street. From Eager Street, take the purple line towards Baltimore Visitor Center (5 mins, 3 stops). Exit at Saint Paul Place and Mulberry Street. Walk four minutes towards the hotel. Heading east toward Saint Paul Place, turn left onto Saint Paul Place and then turn left onto E Franklin Street. The hotel will be on the right.

Meals

Please be sure to make your own arrangements for meals. The hotel offers room service and there is an onsite restaurant. There are also various options in the area surrounding the hotel and meeting space.
